In software, we have a ritual called “Hello World.” It is the first line of code you write to prove a system works.

After decades of building complex systems I realized “making it work” is only baseline competency. Real challenges and real beauty lie in craft.

The Canvas

My engineering journey is a long arc across continents and entire software stacks.

I spent years deep in the trenches of Multimedia, Streaming, Networking, Operating Systems and Embedded Systems. These are my roots. It is where I learned to build hardware-level primitives. Today I apply that hard-won wisdom to guide new frontiers: Edge AI and NPUs.

For me these aren’t just isolated domains like IoT or Devices. They are tools we use to build modern infrastructure.

Strategic Leadership

I charted an impact-driven course through corporate hierarchies. I spent several years deeply embedded in Management Roles. I managed several teams, guided complex product strategies and mentored engineering talent.

I have seen this industry from both sides: high-level management and deep technical implementation.

Titles are temporary. Impact is permanent.

Why I Am Writing

I am building tribhuwan.dev as a digital garden to share:

  1. Hard Tech: Deep dives into Multimedia, Systems Architecture and guiding Edge AI Initiatives.
  2. Career Maps: Unvarnished truths about navigating engineering careers. I want to share strategies I used (starting from humble backgrounds to mastering complex role transitions) to actively mentor next generations so they can walk that path with confidence.
  3. Philosophy: How to think like an architect and lead with empathy.

To the Next Generation

If you are just starting out or seeking guidance in the messy middle of your career: I am writing this for you.

Technology is not just conquest. It is an art form. Let’s build something lasting.
